Lupine Racing Christmas Party 2025

It wouldn’t be a Lupine Racing event if we didn’t make you work (just a little) to get there.

Join us for our Christmas get-together, now set close to Vauxhall Tube Station ... a perfect spot for a few drinks, and even better stories. We’ve got space reserved from 16:30 onwards, and you’re welcome to stay as long as you like.

This is your chance to reconnect with familiar faces: old teammates, rivals from the road, and the Lupine Racing crew. Swap stories, trade plans for next year, and relive the chaos of border crossings and missed trains.

The mystery challenge

Earlier in the day, you can take on a short self-guided challenge through central London, discovering a few curiosities along the way. You can complete it at your own pace, any time that suits you, before heading to Vauxhall for the main social. You can skip this if you prefer, we'll announe the exact location of the social during the day.

The quiz

At 17:30, we’ll host a one-round travel quiz inspired by the routes and destinations of this years Lupine Racing events.

🎁 Ticket deposit

We want this to remain a low cost event, but we do need confirmed numbers. To secure your place, we’re taking a small fee. Everyone who attends will receive their £10 entry fee back as a £10 voucher for future events or merchandise.

Expanded capacity

Due to huge demand, we’ve increased the guest list to around 100 places. New tickets will be released Thursday Nov 6th at 20:00 (UK time) right here on our store.

We’re blown away by the enthusiasm for this social and are already planning bigger summer and Christmas gatherings for 2026.

It wouldn’t be a Lupine Racing event if you knew where you were going.

Join us for an informal Christmas get-together in a cosy pub near Oxford Street. We’ve got the space booked from 16:30 to 19:00, but you're welcome to stay on after. We've timed it so even those coming in from outside London can get home at a sensible hour.

This is your chance to catch up with some familiar faces, whether it’s old teammates, rivals from the road, or a few of the Lupine Racing crew. Swap stories, share plans for next year, or just enjoy a Christmas drink with people who know what it’s like to get have their carefully laid plans ruined by Deutsche Bahn.

Getting there... the fun way

From 15:45, you’ll head to a starting checkpoint in the Oxford Street area. From there, you’ll have a couple of hops to complete before unlocking the final location.

At 16:15, we’ll drop the venue details in the Lupine Racing WhatsApp group and via email for those who prefer a direct route.

Pub quiz

At 17:00, we’ll run a one-round travel pub quiz, featuring some of the places you’ve passed through on Lupine events.

We want this to be a free event, but we need confirmed numbers. So we're taking a small deposit up front. Anyone who turns up will get their ticket refunded in the form of a £10 voucher for future events or merchandise.

We’re starting with 30 places, if it proves popular, we’ll look at scaling it up.
